Horse Lesson & Summer Camp Forms
The Stowe Farm Rider Risk Agreement form must be filled out in order to participate in horseback riding lessons or in our summer camp program. Please bring filled out documents when you come to the farm.
Our Summer Camp also requires a copy of the child's most recent physical exam.
